Referrals who are NEW Elysium clients, they’ve never worked with us before.
Cross Referrals
Referral has worked with 1 or more Elysium entities and is being referred from Elysium employee’s current entity to a new entity previously not worked with.
Alternative compensation arrangements – any referrals made by an Elysium employee with an alternative compensation arrangement already in place.
Referral Qualifications:
Hubspot form submitted BEFORE the IC takes place
Referral contact information must NOT be Elysium employee contact information
Referral must have a sincere need and potential desire for Elysium services
Referral must attend a TRADITIONAL consultation, but does not have to close business
Referral must complete the full consultation process, and complete all regular documented processes for the service provider
Referrals must attend an IC within 3 months of the referral form being filled out
Referrals that do not meet these requirements, they WILL NOT be counted
Referral Rewards:
Elysium Legal, Tax, Financial, Wealth Management, Real Estate, Mortgage, Title Referrals
5 Points - $250
10 Points - $1,000
25 Points – Trip to Hawaii for 2 (airfare, 5 nights at hotel, $500 cash)
Pearson Butler Referrals (does not apply to employment contract fee splits for licensed attorneys)
$250 upon engagement of client
does not apply to Personal Injury cases (you will still earn a point for the referral)
Point Structure:
1 point per Internal Referral:
Internal Referrals – new clients to Elysium (no previous work with ANY Elysium entity)
½ point per Cross Referral:
Cross Referrals – Referrals have worked with 1 or more Elysium entities and are being referred from Elysium employee’s current Elysium entity to an additional entity that the referral has not previously worked with.
Pearson Butler Attorney/Paralegal Teams – for cross referrals the attorney and the Paralegal each get a ½ point
Alternative compensation arrangements – any referrals made by made by an Elysium employee who has alternative compensation arrangements already in place

Be as specific as possible with referral needs and why the referral is taking place
Cashing in on your points:
At the end of every quarter, you will receive an email with your total points and your cash out options. You have 2 weeks to decide if you are cashing out or saving your points.
25 Points – Getting to Hawaii
After you reach 25 points, you have 12 months to cash in on your Hawaiian vacation
At the quarterly report you will be notified that you have 25 points and qualify for Hawaii
Point cannot be transferred or shared to another Elysium employee
